Cake it Easy at Roots is the newest business venture of Roots Café & Bistro, catering for all of your sweet desires. Our bakery is located in our Oranmore Café & Bistro – where we create custom cakes for all our wonderful customers.
Our Head Pastry Chef is extremely passionate about making cakes, specialising in creating custom cakes for all occasions – whether it’s a birthday, christening, anniversary, graduation etc – whatever the occasion our pastry chefs are willing to accept any and all challenges.
At Cake it Easy, we believe that a celebration is only complete with a cake as special as the occasion itself. Our custom cakes are crafted with precision, using the nest ingredients to ensure a perfect balance of taste and aesthetics.
We have a variety of sizes, flavours and special features for you to choose from. We want your special occasion to be perfect and are willing to do everything we can to ensure it is!

Orders, Collection & Cancelation Policy
To place an order you can fill out our enquiry form at the top of this webpage.
Please note that once you fill out the enquiry form – it is not a confirmation of your order.
OurHead Pastry Chef will review your order and will be in contact to confirm. Upon confirmation, we will request a deposit. Orders must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your desired collection date.
Collection dates and times will be arranged with our Head Pastry Chef. All cakes must be collected from our Oranmore restaurant – Unit 2, Ground Floor, Oranmore Business Park, Oranmore, Co, Galway.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us no later than 48 hours before your order
is due to be collected – please note orders cancelled before our 48 hour cut-o point will receive
a full refund. Upon cancellation you must provide your full name, email address and details of your order.
